About the workshop:
The «Educational Theater: Techniques for Innovative and Creative Teaching for Teachers through the Performing Arts» project offers a practical pedagogical training workshop that introduces teachers to the world of theater and provides them with tools applicable to any subject and educational level. The goal is to achieve more stimulating learning by encouraging active student participation. The training will be conducted virtually and in person. Teachers are expected to acquire theatrical skills, develop their ability to engage students’ attention, and promote creative learning in the classroom. This project seeks to transform the relationship between teachers and students by promoting an innovative and participatory methodology. The practical approach of educational theater will improve the quality of teaching and stimulate the comprehensive development of students.

Danny Fabricio Torres Motoche
Master’s degree in Educational Innovation. Cultural manager, director, and actor at Teatro Antifaz for the past 10 years. Development of educational, communication, artistic, cultural and social development projects. He is passionate about collective creation, the capacity of young people to confront new social paradigms, and the importance of traditional knowledge, customs, and values. Passionate about ongoing self-development in art, literature, theater, philosophy, computer science, graphic design, advertising, and video and editing software.
